Vincent De Paul presents a collection of photographs taken by
homeless people showing the reality of life on the streets. Free,

NIDA tours the Northern Territory - NIDA on Tour provides
access to expertise in theatre, film and television by bringing short
courses to capital cities and regional centres across Australia. In 2008
NIDA tours Darwin and Alice Springs with weeklong and
weekend courses for adults and young people. For more information call

Alice Springs - annual Camel Racing event. Tickets: Adults $15,
Children 12-16 $5, Children under 12 Free, Couples $25, Family $30. 10am
onwards, Blatherskite Park, Alice Springs. All proceeds from the day are
distributed by the Lions Club to local charities.

- Famous boat race where all the 'boats' are made of beer cans. Entry by
gold coin donation. Proceeds to projects of the combined Lions Clubs of
