  • Alcoholics Anonymous - Central Service Office
    ALCOHOLICS ANONYMOUS is a fellowship of men and women who share their experience, strength and hope with each other that they may solve their common problem and help others to recover from alcoholism.
    The only requirement for membership is a desire to stop drinking. There are no dues or fees for A.A. membership; we are self-supporting through our own contributions. 
    A.A. is not allied with any sect, denomination, politics, organization or institution; does not wish to engage in any controversy; neither endorses nor opposes any causes. 
    Our primary purpose is to stay sober and help other alcoholics to achieve sobriety.  
      
  • Alternatives to Violence Project AVPQ is a growing community of people who support those actively seeking nonviolent solutions to conflict. Members share experiences, skills, information and their time. It is a multicultural, independent, non-profit association of trained volunteers, offering experiential workshops that help people to change their lives.
     
  • Melbourne Citymission The Homelessness service area comprises a range of services for those are homeless or at risk of homelessness. Young people between the ages of 12-25 years can access early intervention, crisis accommodation, material aid, casework, outreach, refuge accommodation and support services while Adult & Family Services and the Supported Adult Accommodation Program (SAPP) are available for adults and families.
