- The Eating Disorders Foundation Inc
consumer support organisation in NSW to help people with anorexia, bulimia and
binge eating disorder. The Eating Disorders Foundation Inc (EDF) receives
calls to its helpline and emails via its website from people with eating
disorders and their families. Even GPs, counsellors and other health care
professionals in NSW call the helpline for advice. The EDF was established in
1991 by Ms Jordan, a social worker who once suffered an eating disorder
herself. It runs support groups and seminars and offers phone and email
counselling with professional counsellors.
- Kids Help Line is Australia's
only free, confidential and anonymous, 24-hour telephone and online
counselling service specifically for young people aged between five and 18.
- Lawstuff - Legal info for
young people in Australia. Lawstuff is a legal help service for young people
under 18. LawMail allows young people from anywhere in Australia to email
their legal questions to the National Children's and Youth Law Centre.

- Redkite - "Supporting Children
Through Cancer " Redkite is an Australian charity that supports
children and their families through cancer by providing emotional guidance,
financial assistance and educational services. The organisation was founded
in New South Wales in 1983 and was, until 1 August 2005, known as The
Malcolm Sargent Cancer Fund for Children in Australia.
