About BCL AustraliaBCL started as Brisbane City Life in 1995. It now has sites for all Australia capital cities as well as the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and Tropical North Queensland. It is funded by advertising and has never sought nor received any government funding. We provide community links and events listings free to non-profit and cultural organisations.
AffiliationsBCL is not aligned to any political party or religious viewpoint. Throughout the site, we attempt to give a balanced view with links to a range of sites. If anything, we tend to provide an outlet for minority viewpoints which are often not represented in the mainstream media. Inclusion in our site is not an endorsement or recommendation.
