5RPH Adelaide - a not-for-profit, disability service provider delivering a reading and information service to the print handicapped via radio 5RPH 1197am. It is estimated that more than 17% of South Australians have a print disability (264,000 people), 5RPH 1197am plays a vital role in meeting their information needs. Among this group are people with severe vision loss, those who understand spoken English but cannot read it easily, people with learning difficulties, and those with physical disabilities such as arthritis.
Townsend House was established in 1874 to provide services to children and young adults who are blind / vision impaired, Deaf / hearing impaired and Deafblind.
The Weimar Room, Adelaide's only cabaret theatre and have a regular show every Friday called Berlin Cabaret. This is a comedy jazz show that recreates the nightlife of Berlin 1920's. The venue and its shows are unique to Adelaide.
