Lunch for Leukaemia
- The
Leukaemia Foundation in Tasmania is encouraging the community to host a
lunch to support Lunch for Leukaemia and raise funds for patients and
families living with leukaemias, lymphomas, myeloma and related blood
disorders.

2008 Tasmanian Poetry Festival -
The festival is
supported by the Minister for the Arts through Arts Tasmania, and
through the Australia Council, the Federal Government’s peak arts
funding & advisory agency. The Festival will be
held at venues throughout Launceston.

Derby River Raft Race
Come along and join the several thousand people who turn out to support
the day. Feature woodchopping, children's rides, crafts, clothes,

to keep you entertained through out the day.

Foundation Pink Ribbon Breakfasts - Pink Ribbon breakfasts are a
fun, early morning get-together of friends, family or workmates to celebrate
the achievements of breast cancer research and raise funds for further
research.
