• Community West Community West recently changed its name from Brimbank Community Centre. Community West is a multi-program agency in Melbourne's western suburbs.
• Crisis help network Melbourne Crisishelp Network is dedicated to providing up-to-date information for people in crisis. This is a directory website, where you will find lists of agencies designed to help in many circumstances. Crisishelp Network is compiled and written by people in crisis and can provide insights not freely available otherwise.
• Melbourne Community Foundation - The EastWeb Fund is run by a group of young people who recognise that Indigenous, Asylum Seeker and Refugee communities experience significant marginalisation and discrimination which hamper their ability to fully participate in community life. The group works to counter this disadvantage, promote community capacity and self-determination.
