The events are listed on the relevant city calendar, but the trend for people to move and travel throughout their lives has made it necessary to advertise these events beyond their geographic boundaries. • 3 August (Sunday) 2008 - Annual Workers Reunion & Ipswich Family Open Day - The event salutes the contribution made by QR workers to the development of the State. It also provides a opportunity for past and present QR workers to reminisce and share stories of their time in the railways.
