• 4 September (Saturday) 2010 - Springwood State High Class of '85 Reunion - The students of Springwood State High School class of 1985 are invited to our 25 Year reunion. • 11 September (Saturday) 2010 - Lindum State School Celebratory Dinner: At the end of this year Lindum State School will be closing. All past and present members of the Lindum School Community are invited to an "End of an Era" dinner at 7pm on the 11th September 2010. It will be held at the Wynnum Manly Leagues Club, Wondall Road, Manly West. Tickets are $40 per head. • 11 September (Saturday) 2010 - Oxley Community Festival The Oxley State School P&C, the Oxley Progress Association, local community groups and the Councillor for Richlands Ward have been working together to organise the first “Oxley Community Festival”. The day will commence at 12.00pm (rides start at 1.00pm) and will conclude at 7.00pm with spectacular Fireworks. Coinciding with Oxley State Schools 140th Anniversary, Oxley School hopes to welcome past students back, hold decade class photos and school tours along with displays of memorabilia and photos. We will even have a Cobb and Co Coach and old time classroom on display. Members of the local community and surrounding areas are encouraged to contact the Oxley Community Festival with photos, stories, memorabilia, interesting facts and anything that they have of the school and the local community. • 28 October 2010 (Thursday) - Ascot State School 1950 Scholarship Class Reunion: The Ascot State School Scholarship Class of 1950 is holding a reunion on the 28th October 2010. There were 80 students in that year in two class rooms with our Teachers Mr. Willadsen (Willo) and Mr. Fitzgerald (Fitzy). We have had 30th, 40th, and 50th reunions and this year, our 60th and probably our last (we are all in our 70's). Whilst we have found many of our fellow students there are still a few we have not been able to contact. • November 2010 - Redbank Plains State High School Class of 1995 - Expressions of interest - There is a possibility of organising a 15 year reunion sometime in November. 2011 and Beyond

• 28 to 30 January 2011 - Air Force Reunion - All ex-WRAAF who served between 1951 and 1977 are invited to attend the 60th Anniversary of the National Women's Royal Australian Air Force (WRAAF) Reunion to be held in Brisbane at the Mercure Hotel. • March 2011 - Hobart High School Last E Class Reunion 1961 - It will be 50 years since the final E Class intake in 1961. A chance to meet up with old friends, school-mates and teachers. Send your email address to hhs1961reunion[at]bigpond.com for more information. (See Hobart in March)
   
• 4 June 2011 - 150th Anniversary of Dalby State School is to be held on Saturday, 4th June 2011. Plans are just in the first phase. The School is looking for people to help on the planning committee. Activities being planned include a special School Assembly, museum & memorabilia exhibition, tree planting by the oldest Past P&C President and Current P&C President, opening of the 125th and closing of the 150th Time Capsules and much more entertainment throughout the day.
