• Legal Aid NSW  - Provides a range of services to people who need advice, assistance and representation, and who qualify for legal aid.
   
• NSW Office of Fair Trading  - Part of the State Department of Commerce, its role is to safeguard consumer rights and to advise business and traders on fair ethical practice.
