Woolloomooloo
Woolloomooloo is a harbourside suburb 1.5 kilometres east of the Sydney
central business district, accessible by foot through the Domain or road
from Kings Cross. Although historically a
poorer working class district of Sydney, there has been much recent
gentrification, redevelopment of the waterfront, and construction of a
housing development on the Finger Wharf.
