Mildura is a city located approximately 557 kilometres North of
Melbourne, on the banks of the Murray River. The town is popular with
tourists as a result of it's mild winters and picturesque settings. The
major industry of the area is citrus.

The new Spanish Bar and Grill is now owned and operated by restauraters Andy & Mandy Williams, who took over the restaurant in July 2006 from the Carrazza family. The Grill is situated along side Seasons (formerly Stefano de Pieri's dining room one) at the Quality Hotel Mildura Grand. The Grill, as it's locally known, offers Tapas at the bar or you may choose to dine and enjoy our premium cuts of meat fired on the red gum grill. The Grill sources its beef and lamb from the local area, and receives regular deliveries of fresh seafood. Andy, sommelier of the house, mothers his wine list with optimum tenderness; generously housing over 80 wines from around Australia and around the world.

This cheerful cafe and shop is open from 7:30am - 3pm Monday to Saturday, and from 8:30am Sunday. 27 Deakin is stocked with cookery books, as well as Stefano's products: preserves, olive oil, hats, aprons and Gondola on the Murray products.

The multi-award winning Stefano's Restaurant is situated in the old cellars of the Quality Hotel Mildura Grand. Diners experience a five or six course Northern Italian style banquet at a fixed price. The menu changes daily, and is subject to the whim of the chef and the seasonal produce available. Special dietary requirements can be catered for with notice.
