  After an extensive renovation The New Bridges has two dining areas, a main open Atrium section which allows a great deal of natural light in whilst having the soothing sound of our indoor water feature flowing. The second main dining area is a little more intimate and our lounge area is the ideal place for pre-dinner drinks before you go to your table. Bookings are definitely recommended. The head chef has created a menu utilising the best local seafood with daily specials depending on market availability. Try favourites - Sichuanese Salmon, Wild Barramundi Fillet or the Freshest WA Rock Lobster. For the carnivores we also have Harvey beef, Aged Porterhouse or Rack of Lamb to name a few others.
